January Advocacy Meeting

January 18 @ 3:30 pm  –  4:30 pm

The upcoming legislative session starts on January 9, 2023, and runs for 105 days. You helped us identify key shared priorities: Bridging the Wealth Gap and Addressing Institutional Oppression. We continue refining the agenda to strengthen individual and collective voices in the upcoming session. 

During session, the Coalition will be holding monthly Advocacy Gatherings on these dates:

  • Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 3:30 PM

At these gatherings, we will touch base on what’s been happening in the legislature and make space for sharing information and mobilizing support/opposition for different legislative or budgetary items. Advocacy Gatherings are open to all BIPOC community leaders.
