Meditation with Jodi Nishioka
In these sessions, we will cultivate connecting to our true authentic self with a focus on our breath and quieting the noise of the day. Jodi encourages compassion toward ourselves as we explore this practice. We will learn how connecting with ourselves through meditation is a practice of compassion and non-judgement and not an achievement or destination.
