Help Us Generate Shared Abundance

As BIPOC nonprofit leaders, we intimately understand the enormous potential and needs that exist in our communities. We envision thriving communities across Washington, rooted in a strong and sustainable social ecosystem in which Black, Indigenous, and People of Color prosper. Through healing and advocacy, we will generate abundance in our communities.

We are a new organization and just building our team. Essential to our mission and work is cultivating a team who embodies the diverse experiences of Washington’s communities. We encourage applications from Black people, Indigenous people, and other people of color; people with disabilities; LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming persons; people living on low incomes; and people who hold several of these identities.

We believe in supporting individuals to thrive in the work environment. We provide an equitable and competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, dental, and vision coverage; an employer-contributed FSA or HSA, an employer-matched 401(k) plan, annual vacation and annual sick leave, and paid holidays. Additionally, we give a wellness stipend and invest in your professional development.
