RVC’s new structure with four co-executive directors demonstrates distributed leadership, which they define as:

“a thoughtful, clear mapping of power, where folks can understand exactly who holds what forms of decision making and responsibility across the organization, and where there is not an excessive amount of power held by any one person in the system.”
